American Express Corporate Cards Group

American Express contracted Alberto Molina to manage the development of cross platform billing system for the Corporate Card. In this 9 month project Alberto scoped and researched the technical plan for applying development teams from American Express, IBM and AT&T to allow AT&T calling card calls to be billed in summary form on the Corporate Card automatically. For the duration of the project Alberto managed the integration strategy among all the teams and was responsible for all intergroup technical troubleshooting and resolution.
